基于空间矩阵的建筑密度与形态类型研究——以南京老城和河西片区为例

将建筑密度指标与地块建筑形态类型结合的研究对于描述、设计与管控城市形态具有重要意义.文章基于空间矩阵的理论方法,运用建筑容积率、覆盖率、空地率和平均层数四个密度指标作为研究变量,以南京老城和河西片区为例,获取了七种典型形态类型及其指标分布特征,从定量的角度建立了多元密度指标和中国城市地块建筑形态类型的关联性,并论证和提升了该理论对国内城市规划和设计的适用性.
Research on Building Density and Morphology Types Based on Spacemate:Taking Nanjing Old Town and Hexi District as Examples
The research on the combination of building density index and building form type of plot is of great significance for the description,design and control of urban form.Based on the theoretical method of Spacemate,this paper applies four density indicators,namely,Floor Space Index(FSI),Ground Space Index(GSI),Open Space Ratio(OSR)and Layer(L),as research variables,and obtains seven typical morphology types and their indicator distribution characteristics by taking Nanjing old town and the Hexi district as examples.It establishes the correlation between multivariate density index and morphology types of urban plots in China from a quantitative perspective.It also demonstrates and enhances the theory's applicability to the domestic urban planning and design.
