Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore how to realize the joint use and benefit of older and younger people in community service facilities.The study includes facility planning and design,facility management and maintenance,and facility financing and operation.Through the study,it can provide useful reference for the optimization and improvement of community service facilities and promote the harmonious development of the community.
