Research on the Support System for Accessible Environment Construction from the Perspective of Resilience
Accessible environment is a symbol of a country and social civilization,which can effectively promote social integration and comprehensive human development.The safety and resilience of cities are key goals for the high-quality development of urbanization in China.Improving institutional resilience is the most effective way to enhance urban resilience,and safety,inclusiveness,and accessibility are the cornerstone of institutional resilience.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,the connotation of accessible environment is defined,and Q City in the Yangtze River Delta is taken as the research object.Through questionnaire surveys,field investigations,in-depth interviews,and symposiums,it is found that the construction of accessible environment in Chinese cities faces obstacles such as cultural deviations,incomplete legal regulations,insufficient social and professional forces,and incomplete working mechanisms.On this basis,this paper focuses on resilient cities,focusing on promoting the construction of accessible environments systematically and normatively throughout the entire life cycle.It proposes a research on the support system for the construction of accessible environments from the perspective of resilience,in order to provide theoretical and practical references for the construction of accessible environments in medium-sized cities in China.
