在全球化的背景下,以文化为导向的城市更新模式逐渐成为激活城市空间的重要手段.成都,作为这一趋势的典范,在"公园城市"这一全新发展理念下,成功塑造了具有地方特色的"公园+文化"城市更新方式.文章以公园城市建设示范项目——成都天府艺术公园为研究对象,深入分析其以文化为导向的城市更新特征,探讨更新过程中的地方政府、片区及市民多方参与及成效.最后,回归城市更新方法、产业发展及人本思想三个维度,探讨项目更新过程中存在的问题及解决思路,并对城市未来的发展提出展望.
Abstract
In the context of globalization,culture-led urban renewal model has gradually become an important means to activate urban space.Chengdu,as a model of this trend,has successfully shaped the mode of"Park+Culture"Urban Renewal with local characteristics under the new development concept of"Park City".This paper takes Chengdu Tianfu Art Park,a demonstration project of park urban construction,as the research object,deeply analyzes its culture-led urban renewal characteristics,and discusses the multi-participation and effectiveness of local governments,districts and citizens in the process of renewal.Finally,the paper returns to the three dimensions of urban renewal method,industrial development and humanistic thought,discusses the existing problems and solutions in the process of project renewal,and puts forward prospects for the future development of the city.
