Public Space Quality Enhancement Strategies for Cultural and Creative Parks based on the KANO Model
The focus area of tourism in cultural and creative parks is public space,and how to optimise the quality of public space in cultural and creative parks in order to enhance their tourism attributes needs further detailed research.Using the KANO Model and Better-Worse Satisfaction Coefficient Analysis,the paper quantitatively analyses the types and optimisation priorities of the public space quality elements of cultural and creative parks under the perspective of tourists'tourism experience,and proposes the design strategies for the improvement of the quality of the public space of cultural and creative parks,taking into account the complexity of the physical space environment,cultural and creative atmosphere,use activities,and facilities and equipment services in the public space of the cultural and creative parks in Guangzhou.design strategies for improving the quality of public space in cultural and creative parks.
