Study on Ecological-Led Transformation Strategy of Urban Industrial Lake Area:Taking the Strategic Development Planning of Lixin Lake Area in Baoan,Shenzhen as an Example
Under the construction task of high-quality development,it is beneficial to realize its location value,ecological value and economic value to refine and redevelop the lakeside core circle in the key industrial area of the city.Taking the strategic development planning of Lixin Lake Area in Baoan,Shenzhen as an example,this paper discusses the development strategy of giving full play to ecological advantages and realizing ecological value maximization and industrial transformation in the context of regional spatial reconstruction,positioning reconstruction and pattern reorganization,aiming at providing a case reference for the secondary development and construction of similar urban areas.
