近年来,医疗建筑设计中对于病患的人文关怀理念已逐渐得到业界共识,但针对精神病专科医院这一特殊类型,如何在设计中平衡院方的精细化管控需求与病患人性化关怀需求这一矛盾仍缺少系统性的思路,文章从康复空间的延伸性、层次性、私密性三个角度切入,尝试分析并总结一套系统性的人文关怀设计策略.
Abstract
In recent years,the concept of human-centered care in healthcare architecture has gained consensus in the industry.However,addressing the unique challenges of psychiatric specialty hospitals,there is still a lack of systematic approaches to balance the fine-grained management requirements of the institution with the need for patient-centered care.This paper attempts to analyze and summarize a set of systematic humanistic care design strategies from the perspectives of extensibility,hierarchy and privacy of rehabilitation space.
