航站楼商业空间开发和合理利用是提高机场非航收入的重要途径.大型机场需要根据旅客消费行为和机场商业内外部环境的变化,及时对既有航站楼的商业空间进行更新调整,构建更为灵活和更有韧性的商业体系.文章在浦东国际机场T2航站楼空侧国内一线品牌广场商业模块改造实践的基础上,进行思考和总结,就商业空间和旅客动线分析、商业主题确定、高端空间形象塑造、技术难点解决等方面,提出了设计思路和设计方案,探索了机场既有航站楼商业空间再造的方法,以期对国内机场既有商业空间改造提供借鉴帮助.
Abstract
The development and rational utilization of commercial space in terminal buildings are important ways to increase non aviation revenue at airports.Large airports need to update and adjust the existing terminal commercial space in a timely manner according to changes in passenger consumption behavior and the internal and external environment of the airport business,and build a more flexible and resilient business system.This paper reflects and summarizes the practice of the commercial module renovation of the first-line brand plaza in the domestic restricted area of PVG T2 Terminal.It proposes design ideas and solutions in terms of commercial space and passenger flow analysis,commercial theme determination,high-end space image shaping,and technical difficulty resolution.It explores the reconstruction method of the existing terminal commercial space of the airport,in order to provide reference and help for the renovation of existing commercial space in domestic airports.
