A Study on the Impact of Individual Experience Differences on Museum Digital Display Experience
With the widespread application of digital technology in museums,a"human-centered"design philosophy has emerged as a new trend. However, the differences in individual visitor experiences lead to diverse experiential needs. This study aims to explore the experiential differences regarding digital displays among visitors with varying levels of exhibition experience, providing insights to enhance the diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusivity of museums.Through a questionnaire survey assessing visitor attraction, preferences, and feedback on digital displays, the results indicate that interest in digital displays increases with accumulated exhibition experience. However,at high levels of experience, the appeal of digital displays diminishes, and visitors express higher expectations for interactivity and innovation in the exhibits.
