国家在总结三年抗击新冠疫情经验的基础上,为了更好地应对今后可能再次出现的具有传染性的公共卫生事件,提出了"平急两用"的概念.文章以度假酒店的实际项目为例,从"平急两用"的设计角度、实施角度等多个维度进行分析,总结出旅游居住类"平急两用"公共基础设施在设计过程中应考虑的内容和遵循的原则.
Abstract
On the basis of three years'experience in combating the COVID-19,the country has put forward the concept of"dual-use of ordinary and epidemic"in order to better respond to the possible recurrence of infectious public health events in the future.Taking the actual project of a resort hotel as an example,this paper analyzes from multiple dimensions such as the design and implementation of"dual-use of ordinary and epidemic"public infrastructure,and summarizes the content and principles that should be considered and followed in the design process of tourism and residential"dual-use of ordinary and epidemic"public infrastructure.
