田园综合体是我国乡村振兴背景下推动乡村发展的重要组成部分.文章从可持续发展视角出发,分析实际建设中诸多问题,并探讨如何让田园综合体健康发展.文章以南京佘村为研究对象,分析与归纳在地资源及规划策略,对南京市江宁区佘村田园综合体进行规划设计,总结基于可持续发展视角下的规划模式和方法.
Abstract
The Rural Complex is an important part of promoting rural development in the context of rural revitalization in China.This paper analyzes many problems encountered in actual construction from the perspective of sustainable development and explores strategies to promote the healthy development of rural complexes.Taking Shecun Village in Nanjing as the research object,this paper analyzes and summarizes local resources and planning strategies,plans and designs the Shecun Rural Complex located in Jiangning District,Nanjing,and summarizes the planning models and methods using the perspective of sustainable development.
