Research on the Dynamic Influence Mechanism of Spatial Vitality in Traditional Central Area:Taking Confucius Temple Business District as an Example
In the new stage of development,the city is changing from the extension expansion to the connotation regeneration development mode.As the key areas of urban development,many traditional central areas of old cities have gradually appeared the phenomenon of material space aging and vitality decline.The revival of old traditional central areas has become one of the key tasks of urban regeneration.Taking Nanjing Confucius Temple Business District as the research object,this paper analyzes its dynamic influence on the spatial vitality of the traditional central area over time from multiple dimensions such as walking accessibility,facility density and spatial awareness through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,and proposes targeted revitalization strategies from the perspective of space and facilities.
