Study on Local Culture Perception Evaluation of Commercial Spaces based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS-IPA Model
Commercial spaces play a crucial role in the continuation of urban culture and the innovation of commercial development,serving as significant venues for consumers to perceive urban cultural elements.This paper focuses on several commercial spaces built based on the historical and cultural blocks in Shanghai,employing network text analysis and survey questionnaires methods to quantitatively analyze consumer perceptions of cultural elements within these spaces through an entropy weighted TOPSIS model.Additionally,in conjunction with the IPA model,this paper explores consumers'behavioral activities in commercial spaces.The research aims to provide decision support for the optimization of commercial space through the evaluation of the degree and perception of cultural perception mode,further enhance consumers'sense of identity and belonging of urban culture,and promote the common development of urban culture and commercial economy.
