老年友好性环境下旧工业住区宅间空间优化策略研究——以包头市为例

包头市是老工业城市,由此存在大量50-90年代的职工住宅区,其统一的社区规划模式形成了模式固定的宅间空间.文章以老年友好性环境理念为基础,从安全性、健康性、舒适性三方面对旧工业住区宅间空间进行分析,通过实地调研和观察法,总结宅间空间在上述三方面存在的问题.在此基础上,提出旧工业住区宅间空间要提高安全性规划、增强健康性环境和营造舒适性空间的优化策略,为旧工业住区宅间空间更新改造提供一定的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Baotou City is an old industrial city,so there are a large number of staff housing areas from the 50s to the 90s,and the unified community planning model has generated a relatively fixed model of residential space.Based on the concept of age-friendly environment,this paper proposes to analyze the residential space in the old industrial residential area from three aspects:safety,health and comfort,and summarizes the problems existing in the residential space in the above three aspects through field investigation and observation.On this basis,this paper proposes the optimization strategy of improving the safety planning,enhancing the healthy environment and creating a comfortable space in the residential space of the old industrial residential area,which provides a certain reference and reference for the renovation of the residential space in the old industrial residential area.
