Abstract
The paper introduces the definition of cultural driven urban renaissance,as well as excellent cases of industrial heritage renewal.It explains how to activate urban regional development through the transformation of industrial heritage driven by culture and art.In urban regeneration,exploring how to inherit and develop urban cultural characteristics,promoting the driving role of culture feature and create urban spaces with regional cultural artistic conception is of great practical significance to the transformation of urban development.
