传统商业街区作为城市历史文化的重要载体,在更新改造时应注重对其文化基因的有效保护与利用.文章从外显性文化基因与内隐性文化基因两方面展开探讨,深入分析洛阳老城东大街的文化遗产价值.在对东大街的文化基因进行识别后,针对其文化基因中现存的空间肌理破坏、街区风貌混乱、历史文化挖掘不足、商业活力缺失及人居环境不佳等问题,提出了一系列的保护性利用对策,旨在平衡历史传承与现代发展需求,促进街区可持续发展.
Abstract
As an important carrier of urban historical and cultural heritage,traditional commercial blocks should pay attention to the effective protection and utilization of their cultural genes during renovation and renewal.The paper explores the cultural heritage value of Dongdajie in Luoyang's Old City from two aspects:explicit cultural genes and implicit cultural genes.After identifying the cultural genes of Dongdajie,a series of protective utilization measures were proposed to address the existing problems in its cultural genes,such as spatial texture destruction,chaotic street style,insufficient historical and cultural excavation,lack of commercial vitality,and poor living environment.Intended to balance historical heritage and modern development needs,and promote sustainable development of the blocks.
