The unique natural environment and cultural society of the Tibetan Plateau have shaped a distinctive architectural culture in Dukezong Tibetan buildings.This paper approaches the study from the perspective of architectural color,conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis of traditional Dukezong Tibetan architecture based on the Munsell and LCH color models.By examining the color distribution and composition,it explores the color characteristics of religious buildings,manor buildings,and residential buildings in Dukezong,with the aim of discovering how color can be applied to guide the preservation of traditional Tibetan architecture and the inheritance of traditional styles in new buildings.
