文章首先简要回顾了大板住宅建造技术的兴起及其向苏联和中国的扩散.在此基础上,文章详细梳理了大板住宅在中国的发展历程,以及贯穿30年的大板住宅发展史的两条关键线索:以本土化为导向的自主探索和对大板住宅建造技术的反思.最后,文章提出中国大板住宅的发展史可作为建筑技术跨越意识形态边界进行流动的例证,并展现出对中国住宅工业化的自主探索和反思.
Abstract
This paper first briefly reviews the rise of Large Panel System housing construction technology and its diffusion to the Soviet Union,and China.Based on this,the paper meticulously traces the development of Large Panel System housing in China,as well as the two key threads that run through the 30-year history of Chinese Large Panel System housing:indigenous-oriented independent exploration and reflection on Large Panel System housing technology.In conclusion,the article posits that the history of large-panel housing in China serves as a testament to the flow of architectural technology across ideological boundaries,showcasing China's autonomous quest for and introspection into residential industrialization.
