Objective To investigate the status of e-health literacy of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention and analyze the influencing factors of e-health literacy.Methods Using the cross-sectional investigation method,the patients who met the inclusion criteria after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)treated in the Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.The general information questionnaire,ehealth literacy scale(eHEALS)and social support rating scale(SSRS)were prepared by ourselves.Results A total of 160 patients after PCI were investigated.The average score of eHEALS after PCI was(18.62±9.99).Regression analysis showed that age,education level,frequency of Internet use,total number of implanted stents and social support were the influencing factors of eHEALS after PCI(all P<0.05).Conclusion Since the level of eHEALS in patients after PCI is low,medical staff should pay attention to the eHEALS in patients after PCI,and formulate targeted intervention measures with reference to influencing factors to improve the level of eHEALS,so as to promote the physical and mental recovery of patients.
