Objective To explore the clinical effect of assisted radiofrequency in lumbar and abdominal shaping after hydrody-namic liposuction. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent hydrodynamic liposuction for waist and abdominal fat accumula-tion in the Plastic Surgery Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent simple hydrodynamic liposuction surgery, while patients in the experimental group were treated with auxiliary radio frequency therapy instrument after hydrodynamic liposuction.Postoperative follow-up was conducted for 3 months to observe and compare the operative effect and patient satisfaction between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of postoperative results of the experimental group was 95.0%(57/60),and the average clinical effect score of the patients was 3.60±0.64.In the control group, the satisfaction rate of postoperative lumbar and abdominal shaping was 71.7%(47/60),and the clinical satisfaction rate was 3.08±0.93.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The auxiliary radiofrequency therapy after hydrodynamic liposuction has a good clinical effect in the waist and abdomen shaping, and the patient's satisfaction is high, which is a safe and effective treatment method.
