The human gut flora is considered to be the"forgotten organ"of the human body.In recent years, the establishment and improvement of the concept of"intestinal and other organ axis"has attracted much attention. With the rapid development of intes-tinal microecology research, more and more experimental results have confirmed that changes in intestinal flora balance are associated with the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, type 2 diabetes, ischemic stroke and other clinical related diseases, and can treat or delay the disease process by regulating intestinal flora balance and remode-ling microbial homeostasis. In addition, intestinal flora has the advantages of non-invasive,efficient and accurate disease diagnosis. Therefore,we will conduct a systematic review of intestinal microbiota balance and the development of other clinical diseases.
