Significance of Detecting Serum Levels of sLOX-1,Omentin-1,and MMP-9 in Patients with H-type Hypertension and Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore the application value of serum levels of soluble lectin like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1(sLOX-1),Omentin-1,and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in evaluating the condition and prognosis of patients with H-type hypertension complicated with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 60 patients with H-type hypertension complicated with AIS(research group)and 60 patients with H-type hypertension without AIS(control group). All patients underwent serum sLOX-1,Omentin-1 and MMP-9 levels testing, and the difference in test results between the two groups was compared. The research group was divided into two subgroups based on different prognosis:good prognosis and poor prognosis. The influencing factors of poor prognosis in patients were analyzed, and the predictive value of serum sLOX-1,omentin-1,MMP-9 combination on patient prognosis were analyzed by ROC curve. Results Compared with the control group, the research group had higher serum levels of sLOX-1 and MMP-9,and lower levels of Omentin-1(P<0.05).Compared with the good prognosis group, the poor prognosis group had higher rates of diabetes,hyperlipidemia,Hcy,sLOX-1,MMP-9 levels and NIHSS scores, and lower levels of Omentin-1(P<0.05).The diabetes,hyperlipidemia,sLOX-1,MMP-9 and NIHSS score were risk factors for poor prognosis, and Omentin-1 was a protective factor(all P<0.05),and Hcy was not a contributing factor to poor patient prognosis(P>0.05).The ROC curve showed that the AUC values of serum sLOX-1,Omentin-1,and MMP-9 in patients with poor prognosis were 0.686,0.831 and 0.832,respectively.The AUC value of the combined diagnosis of the three indicators was 0.949.Compared with the single use of serum sLOX-1,Omentin-1,and MMP-9,the AUC values of patients with poor prognosis were higher in the three combined diagnoses(Z=2.946,2.564,2.606,all P<0.05).Conclusion Elevated serum levels of sLOX-1,MMP-9 and decreased levels of Omentin-1 are closely related to the occurrence and progression of AIS in patients with H-type hypertension. The combination of these three indicators has a good predictive effect on poor prognosis in patients.
