The Impact of Timeliness Analysis of Nursing Combined with Pre-hospital Emergency Services on the Prognosis of Emergency Thrombolytic Therapy for Stroke
Objective To study the impact of timeliness analysis of nursing combined with pre-hospital emergency services on the prognosis of emergency thrombolytic therapy for stroke. Methods 64 emergency thrombolytic stroke patients admitted from June 2020 to May 2021 were included in the control group, and 64 emergency thrombolytic stroke patients admitted from June 2022 to May 2023 were included in the experimental group. The control group received pre-hospital emergency services, while the experimental group received timely analysis nursing combined with pre-hospital emergency services. The first aid time,NIHSS score of 2 h and 2 weeks after thrombolytic therapy, incidence of complications, prognosis of 3 months after thrombolytic therapy and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The time of visit,NIHSS score 2 h and 2 weeks after thrombolytic therapy, complication rate,mRS score and good prognosis rate of mRS assessment were compared between the two groups. There was statistical significance among all groups(P<0.05).The treatment time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the NIHSS score, complication rate and mRS score of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, and the good prognosis rate of mRS assessment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. In the comparison of GQOLI-74 scores, there was no statistical significance in the score values of material life between the two groups(P>0.05).The score values of the three dimensions of physical function, psychological function and social function showed statistical significance(P<0.05),and the score values of the three dimensions of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The implementation of timeliness analysis nursing combined with pre-hospital emergency services for emergency thrombolysis treatment of stroke patients can effectively improve the efficiency of emergency work, shorten the time of each emergency step, reduce the degree of neurological dysfunction in patients, and effectively improve the prognosis of patients, promoting the improvement of their quality of life.
