摘要
反复种植失败是整个辅助生殖的难点,子宫内膜过薄是其主要原因.西医对薄型子宫内膜的治疗手段大多以药物和手术为主;中医辨证论治,从整体观念出发,辅以针灸、灸法等治疗.分析薄型子宫内膜型反复种植失败的相关文献,总结治疗方法,为临床治疗薄型子宫内膜型反复种植失败提供方向和思路.
Abstract
Repeated implantation failures are the difficulty of assisted reproduction,and the main reason is the thin endometrium.Western medicine mainly treats thin endometrium with drugs and surgery.Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment,starting from the holistic concept,supplemented by acupuncture,moxibustion and other treatments.This article analyzed the relevant literature of repeated implantation failure of thin endometrium,summarized the treatment methods,aiming to provide the direction and ideas for clinical treatment of repeated implantation failure of thin endometrium.
