Research on the Information System for Building Emergency Capacity of Public Health Emergencies at Ports
This study proposes that the construction of port emergency response capabilities for public health emer-gencies consists of emergency preparation capabilities,emergency early warning capabilities,emergency support ca-pabilities,and emergency response capabilities,and builds an information system for the construction of port emer-gency response capabilities for public health emergencies.The system platform is built using the Vue framework and the Java-based Spring Boot microservice framework.Taking the Xiamen port as an example,the development trend of the information system for the construction of emergency response capabilities for public health emergen-cies is from improving emergency response efficiency to forming an emergency response capability evaluation sys-tem.The outlook is forwarded in terms of improving the port's public health emergency command system,promoting the intelligentization of the evaluation mechanism,making full use of expert resources,and improving the public health emergency command system,aiming to provide certain reference for future research on the informatization construction of port public health emergency response capabilities.
