Exploration on Enhancing the Intelligent Construction of Health Supervision at Frontier Ports
Health supervision at frontier ports is an important part of customs health quarantine.It is an effective means to strengthen and enhance the core capacity of port and an important measure to implement the construction of"Intelligent Customs".At present,there are some problems in the health supervision of frontier ports,such as the standardization of law enforcement,the inadequacy of existing system functions,the inadequacy of automation,the inadequacy of archives information management,the inadequacy of field rapid detection equipment and technology,which restrict customs from carrying out health supervision work at border ports.This article analyzes the problems in port health supervision work and proposes suggestions for strengthening top-level design,strengthening law en-forcement standardization construction,optimizing and improving the current system deficiencies,strengthening the information management of port health supervision archives,and improving the on-site rapid detection ability of port health supervision.
