Investigation and Analysis on the Status Quo of Standardization Construction of Health Quarantine Labo-ratory and Countermeasures
Objective to evaluate the construction of a standardized system for customs sanitary and quarantine laboratories and make recommendations for improvement of the problems analyzed.Methods A questionnaire sur-vey was used to collect information on the personnel composition and standardization of the sanitary and quarantine laboratories,and a comparative analysis was applied to compare and analyze this information horizontally with the participation in standardization and revision.Conclusion The results of the survey show that the standardization of sanitary and quarantine laboratories has achieved certain results,but there are also shortcomings in standardiza-tion of construction planning is not unified,the formulation of standards is not rigorous enough,and the implementa-tion of standards is not strict enough.Suggestion in order to meet the requirements of the new era of the new customs on the ability of health quarantine laboratories to perform their duties,it is necessary to formulate a standardized de-velopment plan for the management of health quarantine laboratories,establish standards cooperation alliances to re-alize synergistic cooperation mechanisms within the framework of standards,strengthen and promote international exchanges and cooperation in standardization,and realize the requirement that standardization work should be trans-formed from being domestically driven to being mutually promoted domestically and internationally.
