Analysis of Multi-index Test Results of Newly Found HIV Infected Persons among Entry-exit Personnel at Hebei Port from 2012 to 2022
Objective To analyze the multi-index results of the newly found hiv-infected persons in Hebei port from 2012 to 2022,and to provide evidence for HIV/AIDS prevention and control.Methods Venous blood samples were collected from newly found HIV antibody positive patients and healthy controls,blood routine test,se-rum total protein,ALT,AST,BUN,creatinine,lactate dehydrogenase,calcium,Phosphorus,ESR,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,immunoglobulin and complement C3 were measured and statistical analysis of the test results.Results Among the 68 HIV infected persons,the number of male was more than that of female.The infection rate of 30-50 years old group was relatively high,sexual contact continues to be the most common mode of infection among per-sons entering or leaving the country.The abnormal rate of erythrocyte sedimentation rate was 100％,the abnormal rate of CD4/CD8 was 91.18％,and the phenomenon of T cell subcohorte inversion was obvious.The abnormal rate of total protein(76.47％),ALT(72.06％)and AST(77.94％)was more than 70％.The absolute number of CD4 cells ranged from 201 to 1 700/μl,with a mean of 473.15/μl.After HIV infection,there was no significant difference in CD4 lymphocyte count between the groups of different years(P＞0.05),but there was significant difference in CD4 lymphocyte count between different sex and age groups(P＜0.05).The rate of mild immune deficiency was 88.24％,and there was no significant difference between the groups of different years(P＞0.05),but there was significant dif-ference between the groups of different sex and age(P＜0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of HIV infection in male is higher than that in female,especially in male same-sex partners.The level of CD4+T lymphocyte and the degree of immunodeficiency were related to sex and age,but not to the year of infection.We should pay close atten-tion to the high-risk group and the high-risk transmission route,widely carry out on-line or off-line health educa-tion,promote the use of condoms,improve patients'self-protection awareness,reduce the spread of AIDS.
