呼吸道感染是一种常见的感染性疾病,快速、准确的诊断是疫情防控以及疾病预后判断的重要依据.呼吸道感染病原体常规检测方法有分离培养鉴定、免疫学方法如ELISA、分子生物学方法如荧光定量PCR等.近年来,高通量测序技术(next-generation sequencing,NGS)快速发展,已经广泛应用于微生物检测领域,本文将对高通量测序技术在呼吸道病原检测中的研究现状和应用进展进行综述.
Application of Next Generation Sequencing Technology in the Detection of Respiratory Pathogens
Respiratory infection is a common infectious diseases.Rapid and accurate diagnosis is an important ba-sis for the prevention and control of the epidemic situation and the prognosis of the disease.The conventional detec-tion methods for pathogens of respiratory tract infections include isolation,immunological methods such as ELISA,and molecular biology methods like fluorescence quantitative PCR.In recent years,Next Generation Sequencing technology has developed rapidly and has been widely used in the field of microbial detection.This article will re-view the research status and application progress of Next Generation Sequencing in the detection of respiratory tract pathogens.
