Surveillance on Hepatitis B Surface Antibody Levels among Exit Personnel in Zhuhai from 2022 to 2023
Objective To evaluate the hepatitis B immunity situation of exit personnel in Zhuhai,and provide sci-entific evidence for hepatitis B virus prevention and control Methods 1 843 Serum samples,which were HBsAb positive by ELISA screening,were collected from exit personnel who came to Zhuhai International Travel Health-care Center for health examination from 2022 to 2023.Results The total positive rate of hepatitis B surface anti-body(HBsAb)among this personnel was 54.60％(1 007/1 843).The positive rate of female was significantly higher than that in male(x2=14.714,P＜0.05).＜20,20-29,30-39,40-49,and ≥50-years-old positive rate of hepa-titis B surface antibody(HBsAb)were 41.5％、50.1％、58.2％、67.1％、57.7％(x2=31.408,P＜0.05).The positive rate of HBsAb in different areas and occupations had no difference.Conclusion The overall positive rate of HB-sAb overseas among the exit personnel in Zhuhai was just 54.36％.It is recommended to improve the vaccination rate of HepB and increase the health promotion of hepatitis B prevention in the exit personnel.
