Analysis of Abnormal Results of Disease Surveillance among Entry-exit Personnel at Hebei Port
Objective To analyze the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of abnormal results of dis-ease surveillance among entry-exit personnel in Hebei Province,and to provide scientific basis for port disease sur-veillance and formulation of prevention and control measures.Methods The results of infectious and non-infectious diseases physical examination of entry-exit personnel in Hebei International Travel Health Care Center(Shijiazhuang Customs Port Outpatient Department)from 2021 to 2022 were statistically analyzed.Results A to-tal of 24151 people were examined.The highest prevalence of infectious diseases was hepatitis B(0.14%),followed by syphilis(0.06%)and hepatitis C(0.05%).The top three non-communicable diseases were overweight or obe-sity(59.72%),fatty liver(28.83%)and hypertension(12.90%).There were significant differences in different groups,genders and age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great significance for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and chronic diseases of entry-exit personnel to strengthen the disease monitoring of entry-exit personnel and formulate targeted preventive measures according to the epidemic characteristics of different diseases.
