An Empirical Study on the Influence of Flexible Management on the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities
To clarify the impact of flexible management on the effectiveness of ideological and political education(hereinafter referred to as"IPE")in colleges,a survey was conducted on 900 undergraduates using a mature scale and a self-designed scale.This survey,with the software of SPSS 26.0 and Mplus 7.4 to conduct the reliability analysis,the exploratory factor analysis,the confirmatory factor analysis,and the mediation effect testing to verify the impact and role of flexible management on the effectiveness of IPE.Based on this,the article attempts to construct a structural model mediated by educational organiza-tional atmosphere.Empirical research has found that under the premise of a significant positive correla-tion between flexible management,organizational atmosphere,and the effectiveness of IPE,and organiza-tional atmosphere plays a completely mediating role between flexible management and the effectiveness of IPE.Thus,some practical suggestions for flexible management of IPE are put forward in order to enhance the effectiveness of IPE in colleges and universities.
