A Study on the Aesthetic Consciousness and the Interpretation of Sculptured Figurines about Female Musicians of Sichuan in the Han Dynasty
The figurine art of female musicians is an important part of the figurine culture in the Han Dynasty,which showed the beauty of musical dancers of that time,in form of sculpture,and implied the culture of musical dancing and the features of social activities.Sichuan is an important area,where many sculptured figurines of musical dancers with different images from the Han Dynasty were unearthed.These unusual figurines show the rich and splendid culture of Sichuan and provide the important material evi-dence for the relevant study on the culture of musical dancing in the Han Dynasty.This paper mainly ex-plores the images and features of Sichuan sculptured figurines about female musicians in the context of the history of the Han Dynasty,revealing the aesthetic consciousness of the people in Sichuan.
