Review and Outlook on the Century-Long Changes in the Education Policies of Ethnic Cadres of the Communist Party of China
The changes in the education policies of the Communist Party of China(CPC)for ethnic ca-dres have gone through different stages——policies'germination and the difficult exploration,the frame-work construction and challenges faced,policies'recovery after adjustment and the development after re-form,policies'formation and consolidation and further development,continuous amendment and im-provement——and each stage has shown different needs and characteristics of the times.The 100-year history of the policy change is not only a core component of the development of ethnic work under the leadership of the Party,but also a valuable wealth created by the people of all ethnic groups and the se-cret of ethnic unity and progress under the leadership of the Party.Systematically reviewing the changes in policies of the Party on the education of ethnic cadres is conducive to get deep understanding of objec-tive law of ethnic cadre education and to promote and improve their competence as ethnic cadres.There-by,the education of ethnic cadres for a new era needs continuously relevant research.Using this precious wealth provides rock-solid support in the policies to improve the quality of ethnic cadres in China and to promote the modernization of the ethnic governance and capacities for a new era.
