On Interpretation and Construction of the Social Support System for the Development of Inclusive Preschool Education in Ethnic Areas
Promoting the development of inclusive preschool education in ethnic areas is an important topic for the modernization of education with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of the relation-ship between the state and society,the development of inclusive preschool education in ethnic areas de-pends on whether a"political and social relationship"of mutual assistance,coordination,and mutual benefit is formed between the state and society.National support and social support have their own logic and specific elements.At the same time,the relationship between power and interests may be blocked or balanced.The scope of cooperation depends on the basic relationships among consciousness,ability,and effectiveness.Based on this,a social supporting system for the development of inclusive preschool educa-tion in ethnic areas can be constructed from the aspects of construction principles,structural elements,operational mechanisms,and guarantee mechanisms,to achieve a positive interaction and win-win coop-eration between"national governance"and"social governance".
