The literature in Kham,with its high aesthetic value and sense of responsibility,has merged into the mainstream of contemporary Chinese literature,sparking a research boom in the critical commu-nity.Many researchers have discussed the ecological ideas in these works,but have not touched on the artistic expression strategies of ecological novels.This article discusses the narrative strategy of ecological novels in Kham from the perspective of object selection,attempting to compensate for the deficiency of ecological criticism that only focuses on content rather than form.From the perspective of object selec-tion,there are three types of objects in ecological novels from this region:function,theme,and prop.Different types of objects bear different narrative functions,reflecting the author's narrative strategy,and they work together to express the theme of ecological literature.
