Discussion on the Cohesion Mechanism Between the Governance of the Risk of Returning to Poverty and Rural Revitalization in Zang People's Areas of Sichuan Province
Zang people's areas of Sichuan province are the original typical areas of deep poverty,there are many factors inducing the risk of poverty-returning.The governance of the risk of returning to pov-erty is an important task of rural revitalization.In terms of theoretical logic,the objectives,subjects,contents and systems of the governance of the risk of returning to poverty and rural revitalization are well aligned,and on the basis of practical value,it is important to consolidate and expand the achievements of the poverty alleviation,promoting the revitalization of rural areas.Through investigation and research,it is believed that there are risks of poverty-returning in Sichuan Zang people's areas,such as industrial,initiative,cultural,ecological and organizational risks.In view of this,we should establish the mecha-nism of industrial upgrading,improve the mechanism of capacity upgrading,optimize the mechanism of cultural prosperity,improve the mechanism of ecological protection,and strengthen the mechanism of or-ganizational governance,efforts will be made to link up the management of the risk of returning to poverty with the revitalization of industries,talent,culture,ecology and organizations,so as to effectively consol-idate the achievements of poverty alleviation development and promote the development and revitalization of rural areas.
