"Tachienlu(English Translation)"is a famous border town in the Yuan,Ming and Qing dy-nasties,which arose from the operation of the ancient tea horse Road.The transliteration of"dar rtsi mdo",the geographical concept called by the Muya people has been formed around the Song dynasty or even earlier.The name of"dar rtsi mdo"first appeared in the Zang people's historical work"Niang Re-ligion Source Flow Huarui Bee"in the early 12th century.In the 13th century,it was transliterated by Chinese historical records as"Dajian lu(frying stove)"in the Ming Dynasty document"Ming Shilu",which was recorded in Chinese documents a century later than that in the Zang people's documents.In the 17 th century,it was translated into Chinese as"Dazhe lu(the different Chinese spelling)"in the 19th year of the Kangxi Dynasty,in which the Qing Court issued an order to send the officers to the Tachienlu to scout the defense and to search the communication letters between Wu Sangi and the Dalai Lama.In the early 18th century,in the 47th year of Kangxi's reign,"Saint Zuren Emperor's Luding Bridge Stele",it was the first time to describe the"Dajian lu(molding arrows stove)",and attached the legend of Han subjective construction such as Zhuge Liang sent people to cast military tools here and got the name of this place.Since the middle of the Ming Dynasty,when the official line between Han and Xi-zang(Qinghai-Xizang Road)was changed to Sichuan-Xizang Road,the"Tachienlu"in the throat of Sichuan-Xizang traffic gradually highlighted the importance of geographical location,and the Tachienlu began to receive attention from the central government and the international community.The final forma-tion of the cultural connotation and the geographical structure of the place name has experienced a long historical process.This signifying process of the signified place names reveals the importance of communi-cation and blending among multi-ethnic cultures.
