以"创新"为内核的大学生培养机制的实践困境及优化路径

大力推动高等教育改革,培养具有创新思维与创新能力的大学生,既是建设创新型社会的现实需求,也是经济社会发展的时代需求。现阶段,部分高校创新教育因主观意识、课程体系、师资力量、保障机制等方面的不足,导致大学生培养机制面临多重阻碍。基于此,高校需正确理解创新人才培养的内涵,通过主体意识优化、课程体系重塑、师资团队建设、保障机制完善等措施,以期推动高校创新教育高质量发展。
The Practical Dilemma and Optimization Paths of the College Student Cultivation Mechanism with"Innovation"as the Core
Vigorously advancing higher education reform and fostering college students equipped with in-novative thinking and skills is essential for the construction of an innovative society and is also a require-ment for the progress of our economy and society.However,currently,some universities encounter nu-merous challenges in their student cultivation mechanisms due to shortcomings in the areas of innovative education,including subjective awareness,curriculum systems,teaching staff,and support mechanisms.In light of these issues,universities must gain a clear understanding of the essence of nurturing innovative talents.They should implement strategies such as enhancing subjective consciousness,revamping curric-ulum systems,developing teaching teams,and bolstering support mechanisms to ensure the high-quality development of innovative education within their institutions.
