2024年1月起,普通话水平测试将启用根据新修订的《普通话水平测试实施纲要(2021年版)》编制的新试题,为占受测群体80％的在校大学生开设的普通话课程需要随之更新观念,重构内容.《普通话水平测试实施纲要(2021年版)》中关于普通话的性质和功能的论述可以为课程思政提供依据,关于普通话水平测试的性质、功能、测试内容、试卷构成、评分体系的论述和关于普通话语音、词汇、语法、语篇、话题等各方面的内容都为普通话课程建设提供了语言学指引.
Abstract
Starting from January 2024,the Putonghua Proficiency Test(PSC)will adopt new test pa-pers in accordance with the updated Putonghua Proficiency Test Implementation Outline(2021 edition).Given that college students constitute 80％of the test-takers,it is imperative that the Putonghua courses designed for them undergo a conceptual refresh and content restructuring.The 2021 version of the Imple-mentation Outline provides insights into the essence and role of Putonghua,which can serve as a founda-tion for ideological education.Furthermore,the discussions on the nature,function,test content,compo-sition of test papers,and the grading system of the PSC,along with the elements of Putonghua phonetics,vocabulary,grammar,texts,and topics,offer valuable linguistic guidance for the development of Putong-hua courses.This paper aims to align the curriculum with the updated test standards,ensuring that the educational approach is both relevant and effective for the students preparing for the PSC.
