Exploring the Establishment of a One-network Multi-source Data System in the Field of Statistics—A Case Study of Guangdong's"Digital Government"Construction
The one-network multi-source data system is a system architecture for centralized management, storage, standardization and analysis of data from different sources, different formats and different structures through a unified data management platform. The system includes data acquisition, data storage, data processing, data analysis and data application, aiming to solve the problems of data"island",data redundancy and data inconsistency in multi-source data management, and improve the value and utilization efficiency of data.To promote the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Guangdong designed and constructed a one-network multi-source data system("Yue Zhi Hui").This system, anchored in the production process of statistical data,is designed top-down from seven aspects:open systems, scientific methodologies, integration of multi-source data, key indicators, unified accounting, confidence indices, and data analytics specific to Guangdong.Simultaneously aligned with Guangdong's development plans and incorporating other strategic analyses,it undergoes continuous iteration and improvement in usage. It can effectively reflect emerging trends, tendencies, and issues in Guangdong's current economic operation, forming a relatively complete"hardware and software"linkage mechanism between economic analysis and macroeconomic management of"using data to speak, use data to make decisions and use data to manage".This system serves as a vivid practice in the field of statistics in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, providing data support for the government's scientific decision-making and contributing statistical strength to propel Guangdong to be at the forefront of China's modernization construction.
