Exploring New Paths for the Deep Integration of Industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area
The integrated development of regional industries is the foundation of regional economic integration.As an important driving force for promoting the integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the integrated development of industries is of great significance in deeply advancing the construction of the Greater Bay Area,exerting the role of the growth pole of the Greater Bay Area,and enriching the practical connotation of"one country,two systems".Achieving the integrated development of regional industries is a complex systematic project that needs to be comprehensively grasped from four aspects:industry,industrial chain,industrial network,and industrial ecology.Currently,the integrated development of industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area faces challenges such as insufficient factor mobility at the industry level,severe industrial isomorphism at the industrial chain level,the failure to form a"complementary strengths"industrial division pattern at the industrial network level,and the failure to form a regional innovation ecosystem that contributes to continuous industrial upgrading at the industrial ecology level.In the future,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should accelerate the promotion of regional integration development,promote the free flow and optimal allocation of factors;accelerate the improvement of the legal foundation for regional cooperation,guide the formation of a scientific and reasonable regional industrial division pattern;accelerate the construction of a regional coordinated development system,promote the formation of a complementary regional economic pattern;accelerate the promotion of regional innovation system construction,enhance the original innovation and sustainable development capabilities of the Greater Bay Area's industrial system,in order to promote the deep integrated development of industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and thereby better promote the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
