人工智能(AI)从供给侧(生产要素配置的结构性调整)、需求侧(平台主导下的消费二元边际扩大效应)及技术端(劳动力技能结构再调整)等维度,赋能新质生产力形成.与此同时,AI创新赋能下的新质生产力,通过提升出口附加值、加强国内与国际生产网络的协同创新效应等,提升外贸企业生产率、优化产业结构、推动贸易模式创新,助推外贸高质量发展.新质生产力作用下,数字经济在外贸高质量发展中的作用凸显.应完善数字基础设施建设,以高质量、稳定的数字化支持提升外贸企业在国际市场中的竞争力和运营效率;加快数据要素市场基础制度与法律法规建设,有效激励外贸企业的创新和协同;提升数字治理水平,确保数据在外贸和跨境电商领域的高效与安全应用.
AI Innovation,New Quality Productive Forces and the High-quality Development of Foreign Trade
Artificial Intelligence(AI)empowers the formation of new quality productive forces from multiple dimensions,including the supply side(structural adjustment of production factor allocation),the demand side(dual marginal expansion effect of consumption under the platform dominance),and the technology side(restructuring of labor skill composition).Concurrently,this new quality productive forces,empowered by AI innovation,enhances the productivity of foreign trade enterprises,optimizes industrial structures,promotes innovation in trade patterns,and facilitates high-quality development of foreign trade by increasing export value-added and strengthening the collaborative innovation effect of domestic and international production networks.Under the influence of new quality productive forces,the role of the digital economy in the high-quality development of foreign trade has become prominent.It is necessary to improve digital infrastructure construction,leveraging high-quality and stable digital support to enhance the competitiveness and operational efficiency of foreign trade enterprises in the international market.Furthermore,we should accelerate the development of basic systems and laws and regulations for the data factor market,effectively incentivizing innovation and collaboration among foreign trade enterprises.Additionally,enhancing digital governance is crucial to ensure the efficient and secure application of data in foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce.
