The Concept of a"Belt and Road"Digital Trade Community of Common Destiny
At present,the scale of global digital trade continues to expand,and the fields of cooperation continue to broaden.The development of digital trade shows a trend of low in the south and high in the north,fast in the south and slow in the north.Developing countries,especially emerging market countries,have great growth potential.At the same time,the competition for the right to speak in digital trade governance rules among major countries has intensified,and problems such as the digital divide,digital security,and digital trade barriers have become increasingly prominent,seriously restricting the digital trade cooperation of the"Belt and Road".In this context,deepening digital trade cooperation with countries along the"Belt and Road"and promoting the construction of a"Belt and Road"digital trade community with a shared future is an inevitable requirement to promote the upgrading of the regional value chain of the"Belt and Road"and enhance the competitiveness of countries along the route,as well as an important measure to enhance the international voice of countries along the"Belt and Road".To this end,we should actively participate in the competition of digital trade system,orderly build digital trade rules suitable for the region along the route;deepen digital trade cooperation with countries along the route and promote the construction of a"Belt and Road"digital trade community with a shared future;build a regional digital trade dispute settlement mechanism,and effectively safeguard the core interests of countries along the route.
