China's Opening-up in Response to the Spread of Trade Protectionism and Supply Chain Restructuring
Reform and opening-up is the only way to advance Chinese-style modernization.Opening-up to the outside world is continuous and dynamically adjusted, and it is also carried out in a constantly changing international environment. At present, the international economic and trade environment is mainly reflected in two aspects:firstly, the spread of"de-globalization"trade protection;secondly, the supply chain reorganization of"de-sinicization".Facing the impact of the spread of trade protection and supply chain reorganization,it is necessary to further take the road of high-level opening-up("Chinese-style globalization")in the future, and under the guidance of high-quality development, strike a balance between openness and security, clarify issues such as what to open,to whom to open, and the benefits of opening, and proceed from both high-level opening-up and high-level liberalization.Guided by a high-standard market system,we should enhance the initiative and adaptability of market entities in participating in both domestic and international markets;in terms of rules and regulations,we should do a good job in the connection of domestic and foreign standards, intellectual property protection, and other work, reduce the market conversion cost of enterprises, and ensure the two-way flow of domestic and foreign trade;in terms of market channels,we should strengthen the integration and docking of supply chains of domestic and foreign trade and domestic and foreign-funded enterprises, drive the cooperation and linkage of upstream and downstream enterprises,so as to facilitate the two-way development of domestic and foreign markets.
