Accurately Grasp the Overall Approach to Optimizing the Regional Opening-up Layout
China's opening-up has undergone a profound evolution,starting with the pioneering development and opening-up of the eastern coastal regions,followed by a multi-layered and phased opening-up along the coast,rivers,borders,and inland areas,and culminating in the gradual formation of a comprehensive opening-up pattern featuring land-sea linkage and mutual support between the east and the west.The spatial layout of opening-up has been continuously optimized.In the new era and on the new journey,adapting to new changes in internal and external situations,further optimizing the regional opening-up layout is logically consistent in theory,practice,and strategy.It is necessary to strengthen the coordination with the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative,the construction of a new development paradigm,and the implementation of major regional strategies and coordinated regional development strategies.Efforts should be made to enhance policy support,leverage the radiating and driving effects of opening-up hubs,corridors,platforms,and highlands.Moreover,it is crucial to coordinate the opening-up along the coast,rivers,borders,as well as among the eastern,central,and western regions,the north and the south,and between land and sea,comprehensively enhancing China's overall influence and competitiveness in opening-up.
