Investigation and Reflection on Improving Public Legal Services for Enterprises
As a public product of the integrated development of the construction of a government ruled by law and a service-oriented government,public legal services for enterprises are both service products centered on"law"and public products dominated by government supply.In cases of inadequate market-based service supply,these services are provided to enterprises,serving dual functions of public service supply and protection of market entity rights and interests,thereby optimizing the business environment through supplementary and underlying roles.Based on a questionnaire survey of enterprises in Shenzhen,it was found that there are currently imbalances in the provision of public legal services for enterprises,specifically manifested in inadequate utilization of supply resources and inaccurate targeting of recipients.Efforts should be made to strengthen demand orientation,further clarify the recipients by prioritizing private enterprises and small and micro-enterprises as key targets for public legal services;optimize supply resources to enhance the precision of the content and types of public legal services for enterprises;improve supply models by strengthening the synergistic promotion of platforms,products and mechanisms.
