Property Right Financing of Ecological Resources and Value Realization of Ecological Products:An Analytical Framework Based on Theory,Model and Application
Financial support is an effective way to realize the value of ecological products,but with their ecologi-cal resources,many remote areas do not have the conditions to develop planting and tourism,and the financial func-tion of property rights contained in"lucid waters and lush mountains"is difficult to realize.In this case,the theoreti-cal model of property rights financing for ecological resources should be built and promoted,which can break a new marketization path to increase the value and income of ecological products and broaden the source of funds for ecologi-cal environmental protection.Through the summary and analysis of existing research results,it is found that there is not a fixed model for present financing of ecological resource property rights,nor the conditions for widespread promo-tion and publicity.From the perspective of theory,model and application,this paper further clarifies the theory of ec-ological resource property rights and financing,constructs the evaluation index system and model of ecological resource property rights financing by using analytic hierarchy process and ecosystem gross product accounting method,and pro-vides solutions for the promotion and application of ecological resource property rights financing,which will be more beneficial to the realization of the financial function of ecological product value.
