中国区域创新质量空间演化与影响机制

基于过程视角定义区域创新质量并建立指标体系,通过熵值法测度2009-2021年中国31个省份的区域创新质量,采用Dagum基尼系数分解法和探索性空间数据模型(ESDA)分析创新质量的空间非均衡格局,并利用二次指派程序(QAP)分析影响区域创新质量差距的因素.研究发现,中国创新质量呈上升趋势;创新质量差距波动扩大,区域间差距是创新质量差距的核心原因;区域创新质量在空间上趋于集聚,且集聚效应随着时间加强;从影响机制看,地区高新技术产业发展水平对区域创新质量发挥着最关键作用.
Spatial Evolution and Influence Mechanism of Regional Innovation Quality in China
Based on the definition of regional innovation from a process perspective,this paper establishes a measurement indicator system and measures the regional innovation quality of 31 provinces in China from 2009 to 2021 through the entropy value method;it uses Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition and the exploratory spatial data analy-sis(ESDA)to analyze the spatial disequilibrium pattern of innovation quality,and the quadratic assignment proce-dure(QAP)to analyze the factors that affect the gap in the regional innovation quality.This study found that China's innovation quality has shown an upward trend;the volatility gap in innovation quality is fluctuating and expanding;and the gap between regions is the core factor in innovation quality gaps;the spatial agglomeration of regional innova-tion quality tends to increase whose effect has strengthened over time,and the level of regional high-tech industries development plays the most critical role in the regional innovation quality.
