Progress and Prospect of Domestic Food Security Research in the Past 20 Years:Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace
Food security has become an important issue of national security and reviewing its research progress has important guiding significance for subsequent research.Based on the CiteSpace visual analysis software,this paper screens and analyzes the literature related to food security in the CNKI database to reveal the distribution characteris-tics,knowledge structure and development process of food security research.The results show that the core authors of this research topic are relatively concentrated,with a pattern of large dispersion and small aggregation in cooperation;the research perspectives and methods of different teams are diversified.The main research institutions are agricultural universities or Chinese Academy of Sciences,and some cooperation groups have been formed among the research insti-tutions.The research keywords are diversified,and the topics with higher popularity are cultivated land protection and food security,food production and supply-demand,urbanization and rural revitalization,climate change and food se-curity.The research hotspots are policy-oriented and timely,such as returning farmland to forest,food supply-de-mand,food crisis and urbanization,which are the research hotspots in different periods respectively.The research process is mainly divided into three stages:preliminary exploration,expansion and deepening,and mature develop-ment.In the future,the field of food security may further study the development of digital agriculture,explore the path of emission reduction and carbon sequestration in crop production,deepen the issue of"non-grain"cultivated land,and explore the new development concept of"an all-encompassing approach to food".
